BETHPAGE STATE PARKWAY
The Bethpage State Parkway Shared Use Path is one of Long Island's most heavily used shared use paths. The Bethpage Parkway Shared Use Path connects Bethpage State Park to the Massapequa Preserve at Merrick Road. Along half of its route the shared use path parallels the Bethpage State Parkway and the other half of the route is through the peaceful Massapequa Preserve following a flowing stream and a series of ponds.

STILLWELL WOODS PRESERVE
Intermediate to advanced single track with an additional two miles of challenging hills as well as two miles of separate beginner trail.
EISENHOWER COUNTY PARK
A 930-ACRE OASIS OF OPEN SPACE AND RECREATION in the heart of Nassau County, Eisenhower Park is one of the largest public spaces in the New York metropolitan area – larger, in fact, than Central Park. The park offers a full range of athletic and family activities, including one of the finest swimming facilities in the U.S., a major golf facility, dozens of athletic fields and courts, picnic areas, summertime entertainment, playgrounds, fitness trails and more.

South County Trail
This paved, multi-use trail spans 36.2 miles through Westchester County, 22.1 miles comprise the North County Trailway, from Eastview in the Town of Greenburgh north to Putnam County. The remaining 14.1 miles, south to the New York City border make up the South County Trailway. The North-South County Trailway is situated on what was part of the former Putnam Division of the New York Central Railroad. The “Old Put,” as it was fondly referred to by commuters, provided freight and passenger service from 1881 to 1958 between the Bronx and Putnam County.View Map
